It is the first in the domestic literature documentation of detailed coverage of the history of the conflict that grew into a full-scale war, and the story about the mediation of Russia, which led to an agreement about a cease-fire on May 12, 1994.

Appendix to the book contains photographs and the basic documents for the settlement of the Karabakh conflict settlement and history.
