State monopoly of foreign trade in the USSR

This study examines the current state of regulation of foreign trade monopolized by the Soviet state. It is preceded by a brief historical sketch of the main stages of the formation of the state monopoly of foreign trade, at the origins of which stood V.I. Lenin. Lenin's views on the monopoly of foreign trade as a necessary prerequisite for the economic ties of the Soviet state with foreign countries are considered. The limits of foreign trade monopolized by the state are defined, some new problems arising in connection with the significant expansion of foreign economic relations of the USSR are considered. The work is mainly of legal nature.
